311 citizen dashboards use data from public service requests and inquiries submitted by Calgarians through The City’s 311 customer service request system. Data includes service requests received via telephone, web and app. These dashboards offer visualization of 311 historical and near real time data.

The dashboards work best in Chrome or Edge browsers.

    Citizen service requests and information inquiries related to snow and ice. Data available from 2004 to today. Refresh schedule: every two hours.

  • 311 Public Service Requests

    Citizen service requests based on ward and community, business unit and service request types. Data available from January 1, 2016 to today. Refresh schedule: every 2 hours.

  • 311 Citizen Information Inquiries

    Citizen inquiries received from wards and communities by topic. Data available from January 1, 2016 to today. Refresh schedule: every 2 hours.

  • 311 Ward Dashboard

    311 Service Requests - volume by ward, per households and city average comparison. Historical data starting 2018

  • 311 Assessment and Tax Service Request

    Tax-related requests from Calgarians. Data provided for today, the last 7 days and historical by ward and community starting in 2016. Refresh schedule: every 2 hours
