What you’ll do here
Marketing and communications is how The City shares its story, builds trust, and invites people to take part. Our team members:
- Create campaigns that inform, engage and influence diverse audiences across channels.
- Write clear content for websites, social media, print, and video.
- Work with the media and City spokespeople to share accurate, timely information during routine updates and emergencies.
- Measure impact and improve strategies using insights, analytics and evaluation to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Advise and collaborate with leaders and teams to align messaging for internal and external audiences, protect The City’s reputation and support change management.
You will work across departments, with community groups, and colleagues who help Calgarians understand, trust, and take part in their city.
