Victoria Park demolitions
Work was completed between late March and the end of June to demolish three buildings in Victoria Park along 11 Avenue between 5 Street and 6 Street S.E.
Lilydale poultry factory demolition
The Lilydale Poultry Plant was demolished to make way for the Green Line LRT alignment near 11 Street S.E. in Ramsay. The contract included hazardous material abatement, building demolition and site clearing. The location will be used as a construction laydown area.

Beltline Downtown Utility Relocation Program (City-owned Deep Utilities)
The Beltline Downtown Utility Relocation program involving City-owned deep utilities (sanitary, storm and water) began in March 2022 and was completed in June 2024.
North Pointe Park and Ride lot improvements
Upgrades to North Pointe include three additional shelters, a transit-only lane and entrance, pedestrian sidewalks and new lighting.

Landfill remediation
Green Line removed 660,000 cubic metres of waste from old landfills in Highfield and Ogden.

Ramsay Inclusive Playground and utility upgrades
To make room for the Ramsay/Inglewood Station, utilities were relocated which resulted in the removal of Jeffries Park playground and a new and inclusive play space was built.

CN Highfield Track and Tunnel
The CN Highfield Tunnel will allow the Green Line LRT to travel under the Canadian National Railway tracks.
Douglas Glen Park and Ride improvements
Improvements were made at Douglas Glen Park and Ride in 2017to prepare for Green Line construction.
