|Upcoming preventative maintenance and electrical work
The curved skylight windows at Southland Leisure Centre have reached end-of-life and will be replaced gradually beginning in May through fall 2025.
The gymnasium, fitness, weight room and multipurpose rooms will be closed for annual preventative maintenance and cleaning from Sept. 2 – 7, 2025.
The pool will be closed for repairsSept. 2 through December 2025. The rest of the facility will remain open except during the Sept. 2 – 7 closure.
The pool and weight rooms can be used without an appointment. Group fitness requires an appointment. Pools are not available for public swimming during swimming lessons.
