To request a booking
There are two ways to book a racquetball, squash or wallyball court.
Fees include a $5.75 risk management fee.
Option 1
Book a court online up to 14 days in advance and pay when you arrive. You can also book by calling 403-648-6550 or visiting the customer service desk.
Court bookings are 45 minutes. You can book up to two court time slots per day. To book a court for five or more dates, see Option 2 below.
Rate: General admission applies.
Option 2
Apply for a permit if you're booking five or more dates, multiple courts or a court for an event or group activity. Permit bookings are paid in advance.
Rate: $30.60 per 45 minute increments.

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 a.m.

To cancel a booking
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, we must be notified at least 30 days prior to the day of your booking. A $10.50 administration fee applies. Changes to a booking with less than 30 days' notice are not eligible for a refund.
It takes up to five business days to process the application. You will receive notification of the outcome of your application by email.
