The City’s Boards, Commissions and Committees

Off-Leash Ambassador program

Positive Animal Wellness Support (PAWS Pal) program

Calgary Neighbourhoods

Calgary Neighbourhoods offers a number of on-going volunteer opportunities as well as a couple of seasonal ones. We offer youth opportunities, encouraging the development of leadership skills and community involvement, as well as opportunities for adult volunteers of all ages to assist older adults with home maintenance. Fire Cadet Program

The Calgary Police Service actively seeks volunteers to help with a variety of programs. City Clerk's Office - Civic Tour Program

Interested in local government, history, and current events? The City Clerk’s Office at the City of Calgary is looking for individuals to volunteer as guides for the Civic Tour Program.
