Landfill services for commercial customers

Businesses in Calgary can bring garbage for disposal and certain source-separated materials for recycling or diversion to specified City landfills.

Commercial loads are subject to inspection and disposal rates. Loads that include readily-recyclable or compostable materials that should be kept out of the landfill are subject to the higher disposal surcharge rate.

Effective Feb. 5, 2018, commercial loads are only accepted at the Spyhill Landfill and East Calgary Landfill. See hours and locations and landfill rates.
