Ralph Klein Park bookings

Ralph Klein Park bookings

Note: At this time we do not know the lasting effects COVID-19 will have on our capacities and services. We recommend planning for current restricted capacities (50 per cent of standard outdoor capacities, 30 per cent indoors). The City reserves the right to revise or cancel permits should the current situation change or per instructions from the Alberta Government.

Surrounded by vast prairie, Rocky Mountain views and Canada’s largest man-made wetland, Ralph Klein Park offers a one-of-kind setting for meetings, events, weddings and conferences.

Interested in hosting a special event or corporate function at Ralph Klein Park? Call us at 311 (403-268-2489 outside city limits) or submit an online form to discuss your event needs.

Rental packages

Ralph Klein Park offers a variety of indoor and outdoor rental spaces to suit your hosting needs. Classroom, meeting and event space is available within the park’s Environmental Education Centre. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and direct access to outdoor walkways and gathering areas. A rooftop terrace and green field are available for open-air celebrations. Complimentary on-site parking is provided.

Go Green

Looking for an eco-friendly venue? Ralph Klein Park offers a sustainable choice for those wanting to host a green meeting or event. The park’s Environmental Education Centre features innovative technologies for reduced energy consumption and carbon emissions, including solar panels, radiant heating, low-flow taps and toilets, and composting toilets. Recycling and composting bins are provided throughout the facility to minimize waste.

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and contributing to a healthy ecosystem, we use fair trade and environmentally friendly products, where possible, and have sustainability standards in place that guide our operations and facility use.
