Selected designs

The City of Calgary is pleased to share the designs selected for the Infill Fast Track Program 2.0

The selected designs were identified through a transparent review process that considered how well each proposal supports the project, City of Calgary goals, City regulations and City policy on a standard R-CG lot. The designs were evaluated by A panel of City of Calgary staff  based on IFTP Design Evaluation Criteria. The reviewing panel was comprised  of City Planners (RPP), Professional Engineers (APEGA); and an Urban Design Professional, Architect (AAA) and LEEDS Professional.

The City thanks everyone who took the time to participate and share their ideas and feedback.  The interest and input received help shape better outcomes for Calgary’s communities.
