Technical Site Plan
The Technical Site Plan (TSP) is a required submission for Infill Fast Track Program applications.
It provides a consolidated overview of mobility and right of way conditions adjacent to the development, allowing the City to efficiently review grading, access, and infrastructure impacts as part of the Development Permit process.
Why a Technical Site Plan is required
The Technical Site Plan helps to:
- Support faster and more consistent reviews
- Clearly show existing and proposed conditions along streets and lanes
- Confirm alignment with applicable City standards early in the process
Submission overview
- The Technical Site Plan is submitted as one coordinated drawing
- It focuses on conditions within the public right‑of‑way (streets, lanes, sidewalks, and boulevards)
- It is required for all Infill Fast Track Program applications
