When to request disclosure?
Do request disclosure for City offences
Do submit disclosure requests for City of Calgary bylaw and safety code offences.

Receive disclosure
How will I receive disclosure?
Disclosure will be provided by email. Some disclosure packages may include media (photo, video, etc.). Those media files will be provided by secure file link. Instructions for accessing links will be provided.
When will I receive disclosure?
Priority will be given to matters set for trial. Requests will be processed in order of trial dates assigned. Due to the high volumes, please do not submit more than one disclosure request per charge.
What if I don’t have access to email?
There are two ways to receive disclosure if you don’t have access to email:
- appoint an agent on your behalf to receive your disclosure by email; or
- call the Law Department at 403-874-4348.
The ticket number and the date of birth of the defendant must be included with all requests.
