It’s a great day to do something good for you and good for your family. Our drop-in fitness classes, sports and preschool programs offer activities for everyone. No matter what you would like to do, good times are waiting for you.

Join one of our single-session instructor-led fitness classes. We have something for everyone in all age ranges, including aquatic fitness, strength and cardio, and gentle fitness.

Roll, jump, throw and balance while being creative with active play equipment.

We offer a variety of skating opportunities, including public skate, 50+ leisure skate, adult hockey, sledge hockey, and sticks, pucks and rings.
Adult hockey spaces can be reserved online.

Work on your soccer skills and play scrimmage games at the Soccer Centre.

Drop-in for one of our sports games such as badminton, basketball, soccer or pickleball. We also offer open gym times, rock climbing and gymnastics.

Have a fun time with your family, practice your dives in our dive tanks, or prioritize your health during our lane swimming and walking times.

Use a wide variety of equipment for self-led weight and cardio exercises.

Admission prices & passes
To attend a drop-in activity, you will need to have a pass or pay for admission to the facility where the activity is located.
Admissions and punch cards can be purchased in person or online.

- Admission is valid for the entire day, even if you leave and return. However, you must keep your wristbands on or produce a copy of your receipt for re-entry. Re-entry is not guaranteed if the facility is at capacity when you return.
- All children under 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible person (minimum 14 years of age) while in the facility.
