As a reminder, our clubhouse team is only able to:

• Book one tee time per day per customer.
• Book tee times within a four-day window.

• The group organizer must sign the rental agreement on behalf of all players and is responsible for any damages incurred during group play.
• Each cart driver must be 18+ and present a valid driver’s license at check-in.
• All rentals must be paid at check-in.
• Each cart holds a maximum of two riders, with a limit of two carts per tee time.
• Availability is not guaranteed.

• A non-refundable payment for the first 20 tee times may be required to process a group booking request. This amount will be applied to the final reservation cost.
• Full green fee payment is due by noon on the Tuesday before your golf date, and a credit card is required.
• Confirmation details will be provided via email.
• Rentals and power carts are paid individually by golfers at check-in.

Once your reservation payment is processed, no changes can be made.

• Refunds or rainchecks are not provided for missing players. If the course is open, the group is expected to check in.
• If you cancel your group reservation (except due to inclement weather), the non-refundable payment will be forfeited.
• If the course closes due to weather, you will receive a full refund, including the initial payment.
