How to book and cancel a tee time

1. Go to the 'Book tee time now' page.
2. Click "Sign in" (top right corner) and select "Create an Account"
3. Enter your name, phone number, postal code, and email address (only one account per email address can book tee times online).
4. Create a password with at least 8 characters (including one uppercase, one lowercase, and a number).
5. Click "Register".

You will receive a confirmation email. Once registered, you can book, cancel, and edit tee times online.

Staff at any golf course clubhouse can help you set up your golf profile.

You will need to create your own password later:

1. Go to the 'Book tee time now' page.
2. Click "Sign in" (top right corner) and enter your email address.
3. Select "Forgot password"
4. Check your email for a one-time password reset link. Click the link to reset/create your password.

Forgot your password?

1. Go to password recovery and enter your email.
2. Check your email for login instructions (this may take a few minutes).
3. Follow the steps to reset your password.

If your email is linked to multiple golf accounts, password recovery will not work. Each account must have a unique email address.

• You are responsible for all tee times booked under your account.
• To avoid a no-show penalty, ensure all players know about the 12-hour cancellation policy.
• If needed, cancel or reduce players at least 12 hours before tee time.

• Tee times are limited and in high demand.
• Failing to cancel or honor your booking may result in a 14-day suspension of online booking privileges.

You can modify your booking online up to 12 hours before tee time. For changes within 12 hours, call the clubhouse during operating hours.

2. Sign in to your golf profile.
3. Click the red button in the top right corner.
4. Select "My Reservations"
5. Find your tee time and click "Edit"
6. Remove or add players, then click "Update"
7. Click "Save changes"

You will receive a confirmation email.

For adding players, call the clubhouse if space is available.

You can cancel online up to 12 hours before tee time without penalty. For last-minute cancellations, call the clubhouse.

5. Find your tee time and click "Cancel"
6. Confirm your cancellation.

5. Update your information and click "Submit"

Booking for 20 or more players? Check our group booking information.

You are responsible for all tee times booked under your account. To avoid a no-show penalty, make sure your group knows about the 12-hour cancellation policy. If needed, cancel or adjust your booking at least 12 hours before tee time.

Tee times are limited and in high demand. If you don’t show up or cancel on time, you may face a 14-day suspension of online booking privileges.

To ensure fair access for all golfers, tee times are filled as efficiently as possible. The only way to guarantee a private round is to book a full foursome and check in with four players.

If you don’t need all spots, please cancel extra ones early so others can book. Clubhouse staff may adjust groups to maximize tee time use.

If you can't create a password, your email may have been entered incorrectly at the clubhouse. Call any golf course clubhouse during operating hours to update your golf profile.

If clicking "Register" does nothing, an account may already exist with your email. Call a clubhouse for assistance.

Tee times may be fully booked, but you can try adjusting your search:

• Select the earliest time you're willing to play.
• Make sure you've selected a golf course.
• Ensure your date is within four days from today.
• You may have reached the daily booking limit (one tee time per day, except McCall Par 3, which allows two).

If no times are available, check back often as cancellations happen regularly.

• Check "My Reservations" in your golf profile to confirm your booking.
• Email confirmations are sent for all bookings, changes, and cancellations. If you didn’t receive one, check your junk/spam folder.
