Enjoy a private birthday in an indoor oasis! This birthday experience includes 2 hours of private playtime in the playground and surrounding seating area to open presents and celebrate!

*Only available on Sundays at 10 a.m. to noon.

• Please arrive at your designated space on time and finish on time.
• The space is to be left as found at the end of the booking time.
• You are welcome to bring food and beverages.
• We are unable to provide refrigeration or cooking/heating facilities. We recommend bringing a cooler.
• Cooking appliances such as crockpots, hot plates, etc. are not permitted.
• Decorations may not be tied or taped to any park or facility structure.
• Open flame (including birthday candles), sparklers, balloons, silly string, piñatas, or other novelties that disperse are not permitted.
• Full payment is due 14 days from the booking issue date. Payment for bookings within less than 14 days are due immediately.
• If booking is cancelled with more than 14 days’ notice, a refund in the same form of payment, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice, the entire amount of the booking is kept in full. Cancellation of bookings must be done in writing to parksvenues@calgary.ca to be considered valid. The City reserves the right to revise or cancel bookings at any time.
