2022 Preliminary Tax Calculator (for Pre-Roll)

The 2022 preliminary tax calculator is offered to non-residential and multi-residential property owners during the Pre-Roll Consultation Period from Oct. 1 – Friday, Nov. 5, 2021 to assist in tax planning.   

Pre-Roll is a time when non-residential and multi-residential property owners and their representatives can review their preliminary 2022 property assessment values, share new information about their property, and learn what the potential tax implications may be before assessments are finalized and mailed in January.

Please note, this is a preliminary tax estimate and not your actual 2022 tax calculation. Actual tax rates are set by Council in spring 2022 when budgetary decisions from The City of Calgary and the province are confirmed.
