Medicine Hill/East Paskapoo Slopes

The amendments to the Canada Olympic Park and Adjacent Lands Area Structure Plan (ASP) amendments and land use application were approved by City Council on July 20, 2015. The application was to develop approximately 100 acres of land on the Paskapoo Slopes, next to Canada Olympic Park, into a mixed-use site with retail, office and residential units to be called Medicine Hill.

The approved ASP amendments support policies that achieve higher design standards and incorporate the Blackfoot culture. The ASP will also support the construction of a regional pathway connection across the Trans-Canada Highway at Bowfort Road and a pedestrian overpass across the Trans-Canada Highway to Bowness.
