Register for the championship

You can register without the Golf app, but we recommend downloading it to get the most out of your experience before and during the tournament.

What happens after you register

• You will receive a confirmation email with important championship details
• If you don’t already have a City of Calgary golf account, we will create one when your payment is processed

Complete your payment

• We will call you within 24 hours using the number you provided to collect payment
• Your registration is only confirmed once payment is complete

Missed our call? Call us back at 403-300-1001* within 24 hours and we will help you finish your registration.

If we can't reach you after three call attempts and one email: Your spot may be released to another golfer.

*Phone line hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Clubhouses cannot process registrations or payments, but we will return voicemails as soon as possible.

Cancel your registration

• Cancel before July 10 to receive a full refund
• No refunds (full or partial) are available after July 10

Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. When full, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a space opens.

• Golfers will grouped by handicap and gender.
• A valid registered handicap is required.
• Tees played will be based on flight/handicap.
• Golf Canada rules in effect.

Tournament is subject to change or cancellation based on weather conditions.
