Update your personal information
Assessment and tax documents are sent to the name and address on your property’s Certificate of Title. Changes need to be made through the Alberta Land Titles Office, which will then update The City’s records.
Mailing address
Keep your address updated to avoid missing important information.
- Complete the Change of Address form with your new details.
- Include any required fees or documentation as outlined in the form.
- Send the completed form to the Alberta Land Titles Office.
Name on title
Name changes may include those due to marriage, divorce, death, spelling correction, and adding or removing an owner.

Change of mailing address cannot be made by phone.

Changing title for Manufactured Homes
Manufactured homes are not registered with the Province of Alberta Land Titles Office. Use a Manufactured Home Information form to submit changes. These forms are also available from park managers.
