Attend the City-led rezoning information sessions!
The City of Calgary is hosting an information session on February 3, 2024, at the Bowness Community Association (7904 43 Ave NW) from 11 am to 2 pm.
The session will provide an opportunity to learn more about the proposed citywide rezoning to a base residential district or zone. Your insights and understanding gathered from this session will play a crucial role in determining Council's vote.

A Public Hearing is scheduled for April 22, 2024, providing an opportunity for Council to hear from constituents regarding the proposed rezoning changes. Your presence and thoughts are encouraged; you can attend in person or submit a public submission. For more details, visit calgary.ca/publichearing.
Additionally, there's an option to share your feedback, thoughts, or concerns to the rezoning project team. A "What We Heard Report" summarizing community input will be presented to Council for consideration during the Public Hearing on April 22, 2024.
