How to create a golf profile and book a tee time

 

We are introducing new technology in 2020. It’s easier than ever to manage your tee times online, to get golf course news and updates plus see and redeem the latest offers and deals!

To get started, you will need to create a NEW “Golf Profile” allowing you 24- hour access to tee times online. Phone reservations can be made by calling the clubhouse directly during operating hours. Please note: As of 2020 your barcode and pin number are not required and the 221-3510 booking line is no longer an available option to access tee times.

How to create a golf profile

Creating a profile online

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. Select the 'Sign In' button to right.
  3. Select the ‘Create an account’ button.
  4. Enter your information. First and last name, phone number and a valid non-shared email. You will be asked to create your password which must be at least 6 characters.
  5. Click 'Register'.
  6. Your profile is now created and you will be sent a confirmation email. You can now book, cancel and edit a tee time.

Creating a golf profile at a clubhouse

  1. Staff at any golf course clubhouse can help you to set up your Golf Profile.
  2. You will still need to create your own password later. To do this, please access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  3. Select the 'Sign In' button top right.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Select 'Forgot Password'.
  6. You will receive an email with a link to recover your password. You may only use this link once.
  7. Enter and confirm your new password. Your password must be at least six characters.
  8. You are now ready to book a tee time.

I registered for my Golf Profile at the golf course, but it says I do not have an account.

If you are not able to create a password, your email may have been entered incorrectly at the clubhouse. Please call a golf course clubhouse during operating hours to update your Golf Profile. ​​​​

I am trying to create my golf profile, but nothing happens

If you attempt to create a golf profile and you click on “register” and nothing happens, it is most likely an account has already been created for you with the email address you are trying to use. Please call a golf course clubhouse during operating hours for assistance. Find a location.

How do I edit my profile information?

Please Note: to edit or change your email address, please contact the clubhouse directly for assistance. For all other edits see next steps below:

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now​' page.
  2. Select the 'Sign In' button top right to sign in to your account.
  3. Select the button in the top right-hand corner of your booking screen.
  4. Select 'Profile'.
  5. Edit your personal information (name or phone number only) and then select 'Submit'.

How to book a golf tee time

You may book a maximum of two tee times per day, regardless of golf course. This limit provides reasonable tee time access to as many golfers as possible.

You can book tee times starting four days in advance. Spots are released for booking at 6 a.m. daily.

Earliest you can book:


Monday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Friday
Tuesday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Saturday
Wednesday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Sunday
Thursday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Monday
Friday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Tuesday
Saturday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Wednesday
Sunday 6 a.m. for a tee time on Thursday

The online reservation system allows you book same day booking anytime up to 3 hours in advance. If it's less than three hours in advance contact the clubhouse directly.

Booking a tee time online

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. NOTE: We recommend that golfers sign in first or create their Golf Profile prior to searching for a tee time.
  3. Select the 'Day of week' (up to four days in advance).
  4. Select the 'Time'.
  5. Select the 'Course(s)'.
  6. Select 'Number of players' in your group.
  7. Then click on 'Search'.
  8. Choose a tee time, and select 'Next'.
  9. Confirm your booking and select 'Next'.
  10. Confirm 'Terms and conditions'
  11. Then select 'Reserve'. Your booking is finalized. You will be sent an email confirming your reservation.

What does it mean when the system says there are no times available matching my request?

There are days at some courses when tee times are fully booked. However, it's likely something is available by adjusting your search options. Here are some tips that may help:

Select the earliest time you are prepared to play. If no times are shown, check the following.

  1. You have not selected a golf course in your search criteria
  2. Ensure the date selected is within four days from today.
  3. You have booked the maximum allowable tee times per day (Max. two per day across all courses).
  4. Or, tee times at the golf course you selected are fully booked.

You may change your search criteria and search again for available tee times. Check back often as tee time cancellations occur regularly.​​

I booked a tee time, why didn’t I get a confirmation email? And how do I know my reservation was completed?

  • You know your reservation has been completed when you see the view below on your screen.  This screen confirms your booking is successful and that an email has been sent.  You’ll also see your confirmation number.
  • Your reservation is not completed until this screen appears.
  • Another way to validate your confirmed reservations is to go under your golf profile and view ‘My Reservations’.  All upcoming completed reservations made by you will be shown there. 
  • Email confirmations are sent for every booking, modification and cancellation made.  Check your junk mail to see if the email was misdirected (junk mail is managed by your service provider and personal email settings).

How can I edit my tee time or add/remove players?

You can edit or cancel your reservation online up to three hours prior to your tee time. To edit or cancel less than three hours in advance, contact the golf course clubhouse and staff can assist you during operating hours.

To edit the numbers of players in your tee time:

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. Sign In to your Golf Profile.
  3. Select the button in the top right hand corner of your booking screen.
  4. Select 'My Reservations'.
  5. Find the tee time you would like to edit. Select the 'Edit' button on the left hand side.
  6. You can use the + or – signs to add or remove players from your booking. You may only add players if there is space available in the tee time.

Note: The system currently allows only one player to be added to your reservation at a time (even though it appears you can select more). Select 'update' after each player is added. Check your reservation under 'my reservations' to ensure the correct number of players for your booking.​​​

Forgot your password?

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now' page.
  2. Select the 'Sign In' button top right.
  3. Enter your 'email address'.
  4. Select 'Forgot Password'.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to recover your password. You may only use this link once.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password. Your password must be at least six characters.

Please note: If you are using an Internet Explorer or Microsoft edge browser you will receive two “forgot password” emails. Click on the most current (second email received) to access the link to change or create your password. The link is valid for one use only.

How do I cancel a tee time?

You may cancel your reservation online up to three hours prior to your schedule tee off time. To cancel tee times less than three hours in advance contact the clubhouse and staff can assist you during operating hours.

  1. Access the 'Book tee time now​' page.
  2. Sign In to your Golf Profile.
  3. Select the red button in the top right hand corner of your booking screen.
  4. Select 'My Reservations'.
  5. Find the tee time(s) you would like to cancel. Select the 'Edit' button on the left hand side.
  6. Select 'Cancel' to cancel the entire tee time.
  7. Select 'Confirm' cancellation.
  8. You will be sent an email confirming your cancellation.

What happens if I do not show up for my tee time?

Managing your reservations is easier than ever. You can access your reservations online anytime up to three hours prior to your tee time.

A no show will be applied should you fail to honour your tee time reservation. If your plans change, please cancel or reduce the number of players in your group so others have a chance to play.

Golfers failing to show up for a tee time without cancelling or editing their reservations in advance or show up with fewer people than what you booked, are subject to suspension of booking privileges. Penalties will be imposed at the discretion of golf administration.

No show penalties are not applied should golf management deem course conditions unplayable and subsequently close for business.
