50th Ave S.E. Functional Planning Study
The City of Calgary is planning for the future of 50 Avenue SE (between Macleod Trail S and Deerfoot Trail SE) by doing a Functional Planning Study. This study will create a plan to improve transportation connections in the area to meet future mobility and growth needs.
SW Neighbourhood Bikeway
The City of Calgary is enhancing the communities of Elboya, Windsor Park, Meadowlark Park, Kingsland, Haysboro and Southwood with new pathway and bikeway improvements.
Growth and Development
The Chinook Communities Local Area Plan is a living policy document that is consulted alongside the Land Use Bylaw, Municipal Development Plan and other City policies when development or redevelopment applications are made by developers, builders, or homeowners.
