Water Utility: Customer services and water rates

Water utility rates and service charges are set at the lowest amount possible to deliver current services and expand, upgrade, repair and maintain the infrastructure so we can ensure:

  • Clean, safe water is there when you turn on your tap.
  • Your wastewater is taken away, cleaned and treated.
  • Stormwater is collected to reduce the risk of flooding and keep our rivers clean.
