Tournament dates

Tournaments can be booked from May 21 to Sep. 15. Tournaments on Weekends are available after 2 p.m.

Tournament rates and payment

The driver of each power cart must be 18+ and show a valid driver's license at check-in. Power carts are limited to two riders per cart and two carts per tee time.

Payment details

An initial non-refundable payment for the first 8 tee times may be required to process a tournament request.
The initial payment is applied to the final cost of the reservation.
Full payment of green fees is due by 12 p.m. on the Tuesday the week before the golf date. A credit card is needed for payment.
Details will be provided with the confirmation email.
All rentals and power carts are charged to the individual golfers at check-in.

Golf tournament rules

Tournament rules

A maximum of 40 players per tournament.
Only alcohol purchased at the golf course is permitted on the golf course. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated.
Only golfers are allowed onto the golf course. Non-golfing spectators or caddies are not permitted.
Please ensure Golf Course Policies and Golfer etiquette and safety are adhered to by all participants.
Golf etiquette rules and dress code guidelines apply to the driving range as well as the golf course.
The tournament organizer must sign the rental agreement on behalf of all players and accept full responsibility for all power cart rentals. Charges may be incurred resulting from damage to carts during tournament play.
We do not offer shotgun starts, kitchen facilities/meals, or banquet rooms.
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Golf Course staff and volunteers have the authority to remove players from the facility.
Golf Course Operations reserves the right to revoke all tournament booking privileges.

Cancellations and refunds

Once the reservation payment is processed, no further changes will be accepted.
Refunds/rainchecks are not available for missing players. If the course is playable, the group will be expected to check-in.
If the tournament is cancelled (except in the case of inclement weather) the non-refundable payment is forfeit.
If weather causes a course closure a full refund, including the initial payment will be processed.
