The North Hill Communities LAP offers a coordinated strategy for guiding future development across the North Hill area. It focuses on preserving the unique heritage character while introducing modern housing options, improving mobility, and enhancing public spaces. This completed plan reflects extensive community input and supports Calgary’s long-term vision for sustainable growth.

The plan covers several communities, including Crescent Heights, Mount Pleasant, Tuxedo Park, Winston Heights/Mountview, along with surrounding neighborhoods.

West Elbow Communities

Altadore, Bankview, Cliff Bungalow, Elbow Park, Erlton, Garrison Woods, Lower Mount Royal, Mission, Rideau Park, Roxboro, Scarboro, South Calgary, Sunalta, Upper Mount Royal, the portion of North Glenmore Park north of Glenmore Trail SW, and the portion of Richmond east of Crowchild Trail SW.
