Seniors' Week & Active Aging Week
June 1-7 is Seniors' Week here in Calgary, and the theme for this year is Resilience. The City is asking all citizens to come together and celebrate the resilience of the older adults in our community. All events to celebrate this week are being held virtually, so that people can maintain safe, physical distancing.

A celebration to acknowledge the contributions of seniors in Calgary. Seniors are deeply involved in our communities. They support family members and friends, assist charities and volunteer their time.
Active Aging Week October 5 – 11, 2020
Calls attention to and wholeheartedly celebrates the positivity of aging and the benefits of active living at any age. Showcasing the capabilities of older adults as fully participating members of society and spotlights the role models that lead the way.
