We’re committed to preparing accurate annual property assessments to ensure fair property tax distribution. Property tax supports City services Calgarians rely on every day.
Annual assessments notices are sent out to property owners in January. Property tax bills are sent in May with a due date of the last business day in June.
Supplementary assessment notices and tax bills may be sent anytime during the year. If you received a supplementary notice or bill, refer to the due dates listed on it.
