The City of Calgary has three landfill sites where you can take residential waste, commercial waste, hazardous chemicals and some recyclables.

The City of Calgary is committed to providing a safe and respectful workplace for all employees and customers. Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
Waste loads must be tarped and secure to prevent littering. Please see Landfill Guidelines for additional requirements when visiting a City landfill.
A minimum charge is applied to all loads unless otherwise specified. Landfill loads are charged by weight of material. Please refer to the Landfill Rates page for more information.
