Research has shown that HIIT and interval training can offer the same fitness benefits as other programs but in less time.

About our fitness instructors
Our instructors are certified, passionate and fun. They will motivate you to challenge yourself with creative workouts each class.
What are classes like?
Classes are typically forty-five minutes to one hour in length and include a progressive warm up followed by intervals of varying intensities. These classes are designed to be athletic and challenging.
Intervals can include:
- Cardio training
- Agility training
- Strength training
- Endurance training
- A water bottle
- Clean, indoor athletic shoes that have not been worn outdoors
