How to read statement

  • No. permits = the number of permits for each project (NOT number of units that will be created)
  • No. R/U = the number of residential units that will be created from one permit
  • The statement has four columns:
    • The first two are “this year” broken up into “this period (or month)” and “year to date.”
    • The last two are “last year” broken up into “this period (or month)” and “year to date."
